Whitezip has reached an exciting milestone, we recently announced we are merging with global iGaming PAM and aggregation provider Markor Technology. The newly formed company will operate under the Casimba Gaming brand and will offer customers an even greater range of products and services while further solidifying its position in the iGaming industry.
By combining the strengths of the two companies, the merged organization will establish a global footprint, showcase an exceptional portfolio encompassing a comprehensive suite of iGaming solutions, and demonstrate extensive expertise in navigating regulatory environments. With consolidated revenues exceeding £100 million, a robust profit margin, over 50,000 monthly active customers, and 160 experienced staff across multiple global offices, this strategic move is expected to deliver significant synergies.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our affiliate department as a senior affiliate manager to take ownership of high-profile affiliate accounts, while using their expertise and experience to bring new business into the program.
The ideal person for this role will be passionate about growth and eager to player their part as a key element in the success of the affiliation department.
You will take accountability of reputable tier 1 affiliate accounts, while assisting in the identifying, onboarding and growth of new high potential accounts.

- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an Affiliate Manager role within the iGaming industry.
- Be comfortable managing high-profile, tier 1 accounts.
- Have strong negotiation skills and demonstrate a strong drive to exceed targets.
- Have the ability to work under pressure, ensuring timely delivery and flawless quality on all assigned tasks.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English. (Knowledge of Finnish or Swedish is considered an advantage, but not necessary).
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills.
- Be adaptable and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Be professional, fun and collegial team member.
- Be data driven (Knowledge of Power Bi or Tableau is considered an advantage).
- Have a good understanding of all different traffic acquisition verticals.
- Have a very good understanding of Tier 1 Geos.
